Client: European Association of Language Teachers for Healthcare
Brief: Develop a resource site with multiple membership levels
Teachers working in English for medical purposes (EMP) have very varied backgrounds and experience, both pedagogical and medical. They look for guidance and information from their peers, they want access to pedagogical resources and teaching materials, they want opportunities for professional development and the chance to network. EALTHY, the European Association of Language Teachers for Healthcare, was formed in response to those needs and the website needed to reflect this. The aim was to create an attractive site that promoted membership, events (both free and paid) and was a resource of materials for members that could be easily updated and maintained by the founder.
